I know, i know, i should be doing the final prizearts from the contest AND writing the next chapter, but i found this meme and just had to do it!

Panel-by-Panel Rant (read only if extremely bored):

1) This lineup worked out pretty well - the top row is all "good guys," and the bottom row contains all the "bad guys." :3 _{(Pi li (10) was the most fun, and yes, Anu (9) is reading Antonio Gramsci's Prison Notebooks in the original Italian.)}

2) Hui (3) and Hau (8) are easily the most gluttonous characters in the series - I pity Rinzen's (2) cleanup job!

3) I have to wonder who exactly "misinformed" Anu (9) _{(and how long they're going to live. :3)} Lien (5) is pretty good at dealing with embarrassing situations, especially since Anu's so obviously traumatized.

4) Not only is Uutu (6) a spaz, he's a bit of a twit, as well... Yan-sui (1) wasn't too pleased at having to put up with me all on his own, hence his complaining.

5) I... I just could NOT draw Jian (2) and Punga (7) making out! Pi li (10) is pretty much reacting the same way I did at the mere idea. _{Unfortunately for Punga, Yan-sui's first reaction to stuff that squicks him out is to spear the cause to death.}

6) ... yeah. Hau (8) would only care about good food going to waste. Incest is not in his purview, one way or the other.

7) I would TOTALLY let Rinzen (4) kidnap me and tie me up. Unfortunately, Jian (2) has a rather stubborn maternal streak. _{(Pi li (10) and Punga (7), however, could care less )}

8) Yan-sui (1) is very much a gourmand _{(even though that's not really "demon" of him)}. He insists on proper butchering techniques.

9) Hui likes females. ANY female, A LOT. _{He learned the handkerchief-biting thing from Japanese terebii-dorama.}

10) Jian (2)'s favorite anime is Revolutionary Girl Utena - don't ask me why. Lien (5) is very much an Utena-type and would certainly kick some demon ass in order to rescue her. Punga (7) is just plain weirded-out.

11) Yan-sui (1) decided that this would be a perfect training opportunity for Jian (2), so he held everyone else off while they sparred. Poor Hui (3)... _{(he could have taken Uutu, Rinzen, Lien and maybe Hau together, but that's about it)}

12) Pi li (10) and Jian (2) ARE cousins on their fathers' side, which is one reason this one made me go: and again, Hau (8) is only interested in the food.

13) Punga (7) >>> Uutu (6), TRUFAX.

14) Yan-sui (1), being the soldier he is, would naturally wear his dress uniform to the wedding of his master, Jian (2), AND bring a wedding present (getting to spear Pi li (10))

15) Anu (9) and Lien (5) discovered that the "teahouse" was actually a bar, but Anu was so traumatized by the strip club that he drank until the trauma went away. He could still fly afterward, but Lien had to give him directions.

16) Since she's the daughter of Tui AND La, I'm pretty sure Jian (2) could figure out bloodbending if she got angry enough (say, if someone killed Oh, her BFF and foster mother). _{Punga (7) is not alone in thinking a pissed-off Jian is hot.}

17) IF Yan-sui (1) and Uutu (6) were in a situation of mortal peril, I'd be more worried about Uutu's ability to save himself, period.

18) DO NOT BLINK AROUND HAU, YOU WILL BE DINNER.

19) After Lien (5) did so much for him, Anu (9) pretty much felt honor-bound to save her. Plus, demons revere pregnant females of ANY race.
