b) sylva-chan's current manga obession is coming to an end *sob!*
c) sylva-chan's imouto decides to test her bartending skillz and sylva is forced to drink several Irish Car Bombs.

Ten years ago I had just discovered ATLA and was quickly becoming a huge fan. I had almost no interest in anime; from the little I had seen I assumed it was all either ugly animation or magical teenagers with boring fights. But then I saw this comic and Part 2 and decided I should check out Samurai Deeper Kyo. Long story short, SDK became my very first anime and manga, and the manga still has a special place in my heart as one of the most interesting and beautifully drawn stories I have ever read.
So I just wanted to say, thank you, for introducing me to the wonderful side of anime and manga.
