Series: Tales of the Spirit World: Fall of the Blue Spirit
Jian is fascinated by human culture, so with her living in my head, anything can become interesting. As you might know, in Japan, girls give chocolates to boys on Valentine's instead of the other way around (I'm sure I hear Yankee boys perking up...)
Technically, you're only supposed to give chocolates to the one you love, but Jian thinks that's not fair (that, and she doesn't want you-know-who to guess her true feelings )
If you want to know how Jian secured a metric assload of caramel chocolates for Hui... she's a goddess. She has her ways.
Rinzen LOVES messing with Jian, because he thinks it's cute how a goddess can be so interested in humans and want to be like them. (yes, he knows she's a goddess, tho he doesn't let on)
Yes, Jian got Pi li chocolates as well. No, they weren't poisoned. Yes, they had nougat. Yes, Pi li hates nougat with a passion.
Yan-sui only likes plain dark chocolate. Jian got him a box of Valrhona palet d'or.
Ha, she should've nailed his pretty-boy face. XDD. I love Rinzen and Hui's reaction, only Rinzen would joke about that. *gives Rinzen coconut and marshmellow ones* Caramels are my favorite too, the're t only ones besides just chocolate I eat. *shares caramels with Hui* I love chibi!Jian hiding in the last panel, Yansui is almost? smiling at he chocolate, victory! *gives Yansui dark chocolate* I can't wait to see what they do for Jian on White day. Happy V-day sylva-chan. *hugs*
I love it! With so much love that it's a good thing it's valentine's or the day might not hold it all. Rinzen is hillarious. I love throwing the chololates at Pi Li -- the NO heart symbol in the corner adds a nice touch. But the best part is her expression when she's easing the chocolates over to Yan-sui. She's so cute!
Hui: ME TOO, ME TOO!!! *demon-tackle-glomp of DOOM*
Rinzen: ... I'm all about reaching out to touch others, but I like my ribs in one piece, thanks. *is rather intimidated, being the only human in this company of gods and monsters*
Pi li & Yan-sui: Touch me and die, human. ,>> <<, *glaring contest ensues*
Hui, Rinzen & Jian:
I need to do an omake centered on Pi li...

Jian: I knew he knew I was there and all, but after what Rinzen said, I wasn't sure about how to give him his present.
Yan-sui: *eating chocolate, his mane poofing ever-so-slightly*

Jian's not rude - she would never nail a pretty boy/girl in the face on purpose. But she has a really good arm - NEVER play fast-pitch softball against a goddess!
Hm, white day... that give me ideas...
Yan-sui: Oh merciful Abyss, claim me now...

Pi li: *coldly* Do not touch me, human. *gives you his chocolate* I do not eat these... things. *flounces off*
Jian: O_O Whoa, did you see that?
Rinzen: What, Pi li being an arse-head? nothing new there.
Jian: No! He was about to set those things on fire, but he gave them to someone instead! *begins to wonder if she was entirely too mean to Pi li*

Jian: Rinzen, this is the first time I've seen you at a loss for words!
Rinzen: Eh-heh.
Pi li: "Daily beauty regimen"? *hair flip* I'm a GOD, human, I don't need such things.
Jian: That's true. I've seen how humans have to do all sorts of things to be.... "presentable"? It looks like an awful amount of work. Why do women especially have to do so much? It doesn't seem very fair.
Rinzen: Oh boy...

Did Rinzen just call me a monster? Hmm. Well . . . I AM a fangirl . . .
Yes, yes you do. Pi Li needs his own omake. Maybe his daily beauty regime?
