Lesson 1: Gyouza - Part 1: Preparation

This is a project idea I've been playing with for about a year, mostly inspired by my younger cousins asking me to teach them my grandmother's gyouza recipe. It's fairly detailed, mainly because the technique gets pretty complex (especially in Part 2!), but also because I couldn't help drawing silliness. :iconlolwhutplz:

i drew this first bit on the plane(s) from hawaii to vermont (to see my little sister), and I kept giggling. my fellow passengers kept giving me strange looks for some reason. :shrug:
