I've gone more than three fanarts without doing Zutara - it's time I fixed that! I'm continuing my Bluetara fixation here, but with a twist - Zuko's on assignment from the Order of the White Lotus as the Blue Spirit, and Katara is his contact.

This is supposed to be a garden in the palace at Ba Sing Sei. I had uberly much fun desigining the building in the back ground. I wanted cherry blossoms, but my muse said no, and smacked me on the head until I said I would stick with the willow tree.
